Make your business easier to run. Build it to grow.

I help business owners fix the operational chaos holding their businesses back, set up practical systems that run smoothly, and map out the next moves with confidence.

For owner-led businesses with a team, recurring work, and growth that has outpaced the way the business runs.

Helen Alemayo, strategist and operator.

Hi, I’m Helen.

I’ve spent nearly a decade as a strategist and operator inside Fortune 100 companies and in management consulting. I bring that big-enterprise rigor to business owners who need a cleaner, smarter way to run and scale.

I call myself a Systems Curator because great business design isn’t about copy-pasting someone else’s playbook or layering on process for the sake of it. Just like curating an exhibition, it’s about intentionally choosing the exact tools, workflows, and structures your business needs today.

The method: diagnose the pressure, understand what connects to it, and build only the structure the business needs next.

The right operating structure sets the stage for growth because scaling over messy handoffs and constant fire drills only accelerates the chaos. Fix the engine first so new demand creates leverage, not extra stress.

Whether untangling daily execution or mapping your next strategic bets, the goal is simple: build a lean, practical structure designed for sustainable growth.

The AI Curation Loop: Why Most AI Investments Fail Before They Start

Decide with fewer unknowns.

Do I need to know which service I want before booking?

No. Tell me what is becoming harder, what you are trying to change, and what you have already tried. We will use the fit call to decide whether one of the engagements is appropriate.

Can I start with The Blueprint or The Operating System?

Yes. The offers are not a ladder. Start with the problem in front of you: one workflow, the way the business works together, or a bigger decision about what comes next.

Do you implement the recommendations?

Every core engagement includes an implementation plan. Hands-on implementation, software configuration, automation, and ongoing ownership are separate scopes so you can choose the support you need.

Do you provide systems or software integration?

No. I do not install or integrate software. The systems, artifacts, and deliverables you leave with are designed to work in tandem with what you use today and what you may implement next.

Will this add a lot of process to my business?

No. The goal is enough structure to make the work clearer and more reliable. If your business already has more process than it needs, we simplify what is not helping. A solo founder and a 50-person company do not need the same way of working.

You do not have to solve everything in one day.

You just need a clear place to start. Bring me what is getting harder, and we will work out the next useful move.
