Look at invoices you have sent that have not been paid.
- The total amount still outstanding.
- How much is more than 30 days late.
- Whether the same customers keep appearing.
No calculator and nothing to submit. Open your own bank and invoices, look at three numbers, and write them where you already run the business.
You do not need a new dashboard to start seeing cash more clearly. Put the same three numbers beside each other once a week. One Friday gives you a snapshot. Four Fridays begin to show a direction.
The point is not to diagnose the business from one number. It is to notice a change early enough to ask a better question.
