1. What this Disclaimer covers
1.1 This Disclaimer applies to the websites operated by Mara Studio LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Mara Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates publicly under the brand name Systems Curator, at https://helenalemayo.com and https://www.systemscurator.com (the "Website"), and to all content published on them, including articles, guides, checklists, templates, worksheets, interactive tools and any free resource.
1.2 It forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read with them, with our Privacy Policy and with our Cookie Policy.
1.3 The disclaimers in this document are additional to, and do not limit, the disclaimers and limitations of liability in sections 21 and 22 of our Terms of Use.
2. General information only
2.1 Everything published on the Website is general business information. It is written for a broad audience of business owners and operators, and it is not tailored to your business, your market, your finances, your workforce or your regulatory position.
2.2 General information is not advice. Reading an article, downloading a guide or using an interactive tool does not amount to receiving advice from us, and you must not treat it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
2.3 Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date it is published. Business practice, market conditions, technology and law change. We are not obliged to update published content and you should not assume that it is current.

3.3 You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and, where relevant, licensed professional before acting on anything published on the Website. Where our content flags an issue that may have legal, tax, regulatory, financial or employment consequences, we are flagging it for your advisers to consider and we are not advising you on it.
3.4 No professional relationship, fiduciary relationship or duty of confidence arises from your use of the Website. Section 6 of our Terms of Use explains when a client relationship does arise.
4. No guarantee of results
4.1 We do not guarantee any business outcome. We make no promise or projection as to revenue, profit, margin, growth, cost savings, valuation, funding, hiring, retention, customer acquisition, operational efficiency or any other result.
4.2 Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, your execution, your team, your capital, your market, timing, competition and the accuracy of the information you provide.
4.3 Any example, illustration, case study, figure or scenario published on the Website describes what happened in a particular situation or is used to explain a concept. It is not typical, it is not a guarantee, and it is not a representation that you will achieve a similar result.

5.1 Interactive tools published on the Website, including the feature we call the Clarity Check, apply general logic to the inputs you provide and generate a general indication only.

7.2 We do not control third party sites and services, we do not review their content on an ongoing basis, and we do not accept responsibility for their accuracy, availability, security, pricing, terms or privacy practices.
7.3 A link is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a warranty. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party, and you should read that party terms and privacy notice before you use its service.
7.4 Unless we tell you otherwise, we do not receive any commission, referral fee or other benefit for linking to or mentioning a third party. Where we do have a material connection, we will disclose it.
8. Artificial intelligence
8.1 We may use artificial intelligence tools to support research, drafting, summarization, analysis and administration. Where we do, a person reviews the output before it is published or released.
8.2 Artificial intelligence tools can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Their use does not change the nature of the content, which remains general information and not advice.
8.3 We do not use artificial intelligence to make decisions about visitors or clients that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
